RCS in work support service
Do you work for a small to medium enterprise which doesn't provide a counselling service?

Do you have a health condition which is keeping you off work, or causing you problems while at work?

In-Work Support provides free and confidential job retention support, including rapid access to tailored, work-focused healthcare. This may include physiotherapy and psychological therapy services designed to help people to return to work or to manage a health condition in work.

This may include:

  • a mental health issue
  • a musculoskeletal problem

If you are currently in work but your health condition is affecting your productivity, you can contact RCS directly to arrange to speak with one of the case coordinators.

If you live or work in Conwy, Denbighshire, Gwynedd or Anglesey, you can contact In Work Support direct on 01745 336442 or hello@rcs-wales.co.uk

If you are currently off work or at risk of sickness absence for four weeks, you should contact the scheme which will provide an occupational health assessment and refer you for further assistance where appropriate.

Support at Work is funded by the European Social Fund through the Welsh Government. It will be delivered in partnership with Rhyl City Strategy.
