Medra are pleased to have been selected as a chosen provider for RCS’s new In-Work Support Service.

The In-Work Support Service provides free support and psychological or physical therapies to help employed and self-employed people improve their wellbeing and reduce sickness absence from work. Support is quick, free and fully confidential.

The service is aimed at employees from small to medium sized businesses (SMEs) with a mild to moderate mental or physical health condition that is impacting them at work. You do not need to be currently absent from work to qualify for support.

If you are currently off work or at risk of sickness absence for four weeks, you should contact the scheme which will provide an occupational health assessment and refer you for further assistance where appropriate.

Support at Work is funded by the Welsh Government. It will be delivered in partnership with Rhyl City Strategy.
