Counsellors - Uploading content to our website

Whilst we take every reasonable step to ensure our site is secure, we cannot guarantee that our site will be free from viruses at all times. The responsibility for accessing our site lies with yourself. We advise using virus protection software. Under the Computer Misuse Act 1990, you must not knowingly introduce any software which may damage, flood or attack our site causing it to become unusable.

Privacy Policy

All personal contact with members of Medra counselling services is confidential, and your details will only be shared with your assigned counsellor for the purpose of contacting you to make appointments. In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations, we are required to ask for your consent to store your Personal Contact Details such as name, address, phone number and email address. By sharing these details with us you are agreeing to our GDPR policy.

  • Your contact details will be held securely in Medra’s office and on Medra’s office mobile phone for the purpose of contacting you.
  • Your email addresses will be held on a secured site.
  • You have the right to have these details removed/destroyed at any time.
  • They will be deleted after a period of 3 months.
  • We will not share your details with any other organisation.
