Welcome to Medra Counselling Services

PebblesMedra offers a bi-lingual, confidential, telephone & one-to-one counselling service to employees in both the public and private sector.

Our professionally trained and experienced practitioners cover a wide geographical area, helping to ensure that individuals are seen in a location of their choice with counselling appropriate to their needs.

Counselling can help with issues such as:

  • Stress and Anxiety
  • Anger
  • Phobias
  • Panic Attacks
  • Workplace Bullying
  • Difficulties or Breakdown in Relationships
  • Abuse
  • Bereavement

All our counsellors abide by the codes of practice of professional bodies such as the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP).

Do you have a health condition which is keeping you off work, or causing you problems while at work?

If you live or work in Conwy, Denbighshire, Gwynedd, Anglesey (North Wales) you may be eligible for help through the ‘In-Work Support’ service.

In-Work Support provides free and confidential job retention support, including rapid access to tailored, work-focused healthcare. This may include physiotherapy and psychological therapy services designed to help people to return to work or to manage a health condition in work.

This may include:

•a mental health issue

•a musculoskeletal problem
